You will partner with university leaders and units to create meaningful learning experiences, track progress, and evaluate outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in Education-related field or equivalent.
• 3–5 years of experience in design, development and presentation of instructional programs.

Responsibilities

• Identify and deliver learning opportunities in fundraising, advancement operations, philanthropy, and career development.
• Plan long-range and immediate programs to develop an institutional pipeline of entry level development professionals and onboarding them.
• Develop performance-based metrics and timelines to indicate readiness for higher responsibilities in 12–18 months.
• Improve onboarding, internship, and mentoring programs continually.
