Providence is seeking a Talent Pipeline Program Manager to support growth and viability of talent pipeline management by coordinating and facilitating alignment across multiple initiatives. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education/experience is required.
• 3 years of background in population health, education, recruitment, and/or workforce diversity.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, manage, and facilitate alignment between multiple key projects and initiatives.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and leaders to create cohesion and align toward developing a continuous pipeline of future diverse employees.
• Demonstrate initiative and apply data collection, monitoring, and analysis of trends to improve talent pipelines.
