Job summary

AgroLiquid in Michigan seeks a Talent Development Specialist to strengthen the employee experience through development programs, career pathing, outsourced training coordination, and succession planning. You will partner with managers to design programs that support individual growth and company growth.

As part of the HR team, you will manage LMS resources, track training, monitor budgets, and measure outcomes to drive value and continuous improvement across the organization.

Qualifications

• Associates degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• 4+ years related experience required.
• Strong organizational, planning, and project management skills.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, facilitation, and influencing skills required.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate and coordinate organizational development programs.
• Implement competency-based management strategies and processes to measure outcomes and align teams to goals.
• Conduct skill assessments to identify current and future needs.
• Collaborate with managers to identify training needs and drive execution and improvements.
• Identify and create employee career pathing plans and development plans.
• Coordinate enrollment and tracking for tuition and other training programs.
• Manage LMS resources, courses, and learning paths.
