Job summary

EchoStar Corporation is seeking a high-volume Recruiter to accelerate nationwide in-home services staffing. You will manage candidate evaluation, sourcing initiatives, and partner with HR to streamline hiring funnels and use data for hiring efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent education/experience.
• Experience in talent acquisition, high-volume recruiting, or hiring operations.
• Proficient with ATS and internet sourcing tools.

Responsibilities

• Review applications, pre-screen, and schedule top talent for interviews.
• Drive targeted sourcing initiatives to convert applicants into hires.
• Support recruiting-related projects and align OKRs with HR initiatives.
• Provide fast, respectful internal and external customer service.
• Leverage AI and modern sourcing platforms to optimize pipelines and reporting.
