Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, industrial psychology, HR, or related field.
• 5+ years in HR, People Analytics, or HR reporting.
• Advanced Workday reporting skills with dashboards and calculated fields.
• Strong data-driven mindset translating analytics into insights.
• Proficient Excel and PowerPoint with visualization and storytelling.
• Experience applying AI/ML concepts to talent analytics.
• Ability to multi-task, work independently or in a team, meet deadlines.
• Demonstrates sound judgment, project management and problem-solving.
• Thrives in a fast-paced corporate environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end talent programs incl. performance mgmt and engagement.
• Collaborate on career frameworks, talent reviews, succession planning.
• Design and maintain dashboards and reporting using Workday and other data sources.
• Deliver actionable insights and strategic recommendations.
• Create executive-level talent presentations with PowerPoint visuals.
• Support HR with ad hoc performance and analytics projects.
