Job summary

Breakthru Beverage Group is seeking a Manager, Talent & People Analytics to lead talent management programs and analytics to inform workforce decisions. You will partner with HR to translate data into actionable insights and support performance, engagement, and development initiatives.

You will design dashboards and reports in Workday and other sources, deliver executive-level presentations, and help drive a high-performance culture across the organization through analytics-driven

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, industrial psychology, human resources, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Human Resources, People Analytics, or HR Reporting.
• Advanced proficiency in Workday reporting, including calculated fields, dashboards, Discovery Boards, and workforce data analysis.
• Advanced data-driven mindset with ability to translate analytics into business insights.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, including data visualization, dashboard development, executive storytelling, and presentation design.
• Demonstrated experience applying AI, machine learning, and predictive analytics concepts to talent management and people analytics initiatives.
• Ability to multi-task, work independently and/or within a team, pay attention to detail, and meet deadlines.
• Utilizes sound judgement, project management, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume, results-focused corporate environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end lifecycle of talent programs: performance management and employee engagement.
• Consult with teams to execute surveys and programs to measure performance and impact.
• Collaborate on career frameworks, talent reviews, succession planning, and development planning.
• Design and maintain dashboards and reporting solutions leveraging Workday and other data sources.
• Deliver actionable insights, predictive analyses, and strategic recommendations.
• Create executive-level talent presentations using PowerPoint for storytelling and insights.
• Support ad hoc performance, talent analytics projects to drive business growth.
