Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, industrial psychology, human resources, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Human Resources, People Analytics, or HR Reporting.
• Advanced proficiency in Workday reporting, dashboards, and data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end talent programs including performance management and employee engagement.
• Design dashboards and reporting solutions using Workday and other data sources.
• Create executive-level talent presentations and strategic HR insights for leadership.
