Job summary

Rho, the modern banking platform for startups, is looking for a Talent Partner to uphold exceptional hiring standards and refine the infrastructure that enables us to attract great people. You will own end-to-end funnels, improve the Talent operating rhythm, and leverage AI to multiply impact, joining a People function that has already embedded AI into workflows.

The role reports to the VP of People & Talent and is based in our NYC, SF, or SLC offices, 5 days a week.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Experience experimenting with AI tools to improve hiring.
• Experience operating in high-accountability environments (startups, fintech, or similar).
• Strong ownership and accountability in getting the job done.
• Deep knowledge of the talent market and how to engage builders.
• Solid, persuasive communication and storytelling abilities.
• Bias toward action and ownership in recruiting efforts.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with top tech talent and connect with people.
• Focus on quality over quantity in hiring efforts.
• Strengthen our talent brand by partnering with marketing for events and campaigns.
• Develop rigorous hiring processes across the business and advise on searches.
• Treat recruiting as a mix of art and science to position Rho to top operators.
• Obsession with hiring metrics and continuous improvement.
• Go where you are needed, supporting teams across the org.
