Job summary

Rho, a modern banking platform, seeks a Talent Partner to uphold exceptional hiring standards and refine the infrastructure for attracting great people. You will own funnels end-to-end, improve the talent operating rhythm, and leverage AI as a force-multiplier within a People function that already embeds AI into workflows.

You will report to the VP of People & Talent and work from NYC, SF, or SLC offices, five days a week, driving robust hiring processes and engaging top tech talent.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Experience with AI experimentation and tools.
• Experience operating in high-accountability environments (startups, fintech, financial services).
• High ownership and accountability—you take responsibility for getting the job done.
• Strong knowledge of the talent market—where to find builders and how to speak their language.
• Operational excellence—you know how to run a disciplined search and coach hiring managers.
• Clear, persuasive communication and storytelling skills.
• A bias toward action and sense of ownership.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with the best talent in the tech ecosystem and connect with people.
• Focus on quality over quantity.
• Strengthen our talent brand by partnering with marketing to run events and brainstorm.
• Develop rigorous hiring processes across the business and advise hiring teams on improving searches.
• Treat recruiting like half art, half science—position Rho before top operators; test messaging; stay human-first.
• Obsess over our metrics and beat them, always.
• Go where you are needed; support hiring across roles and guide interview processes.
