Job summary

Rho is a modern banking platform seeking a Talent Partner to uphold exceptional hiring standards. You will own funnels end-to-end, refine the talent operating rhythm, and leverage AI as a multiplier.

The role reports to the VP of People & Talent and is based out of NYC, SF, or SLC offices, five days a week. You will build relationships with top talent, improve searches, and craft a strong talent brand while partnering with marketing to run events and coordinate hiring across the org.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Experience operating in high-accountability environments (startups/fintech).
• High ownership and accountability in hiring processes.
• Strong knowledge of the talent market and builder communities.
• Clear, persuasive communication and storytelling in recruiting.

• Build relationships with the best tech talent and connect with people creatively.
• Focus on quality over quantity in recruiting efforts.
• Strengthen our talent brand by partnering with marketing on events and campaigns.
• Develop rigorous hiring processes across the business and advise teams on searches.
