Job summary

Rho is seeking a Talent Partner to build and refine our recruiting engine. You will own funnels end-to-end, refine our operating rhythm, and leverage AI as a force-multiplier to hire extraordinary people.

This role reports to the VP of People & Talent and is based in NYC, SF, or SLC, working in-office five days a week. You will develop rigorous hiring processes, strengthen our employer brand, and guide hiring teams toward top-tier searches.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Passion for experimentation and craft: you multiply leverage with AI.
• Experience operating in high-accountability environments (startups, fintech, financial services).
• High ownership and accountability—you take responsibility for getting the job done.
• Strong knowledge of the talent market—where to find builders and how to speak their language.
• Operational excellence—you run disciplined searches and coach hiring managers.
