Job summary

Rockstar is hiring a Talent Partner to own candidate and client relationships end-to-end. You will navigate ambiguous, fast-moving situations and serve as a trusted contact for US-based clients from day one.

This is a high-agency role requiring initiative and delivery. You will manage candidate pipelines, ensure a steady flow of qualified candidates, and build real trust with clients on first contact, while collaborating with a Talent Operations teammate to optimize communications and campaign

Qualifications

• 3+ years in recruiting, TA, or talent operations.
• Experience leading client-facing meetings (kick-offs, weekly check-ins).
• Experience with small US/UK/Canada/Australia teams is preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns concurrently.

Responsibilities

• Manage candidate pipelines and client relationships across active campaigns.
• Ensure steady flow of qualified candidates for phone screens or client introductions.
• Build credibility with US-based clients from first contact.
• Diagnose root causes in ambiguous situations and plan next steps.
• Take ownership of problems and avoid unnecessary escalations.
• Collaborate with the Talent Ops team to ensure timely communications.
• Drive strategy and execution of client kick-off calls for alignment.
• Lead weekly client check-ins and manage expectations to ensure success.
