Job summary

Englewood Lab is seeking a Talent & Organizational Development Specialist to design and operate our Learning & Development, talent development, and organizational development initiatives. This role translates HR strategies into practical frameworks and measurable business outcomes.

You will lead competency assessments and Employee Engagement surveys, develop data-driven analyses for leadership, and drive AI-powered HR initiatives across onboarding, employer branding, recognition, and internal

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in HR/OD/L&D or related field.
5+ years in Talent/OD or closely related field.
Experience designing and launching learning programs from scratch.
Experience administering competency assessments and engagement surveys.
Strong analytical, presentation, and executive-level writing skills.
Ability to own projects end-to-end.
Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

Design and continuously improve onboarding and role-based learning paths.
Develop AI-powered learning content and manage the LMS.
Lead competency assessments and engagement surveys; translate insights into initiatives.
Manage employer branding, recruitment marketing, and candidate experience.
Oversee internal communications and AI-enabled HR initiatives.
