Job summary

Red Bull North America, Inc. is seeking a Manager, Talent Operations & Portfolio to build and maintain the operating infrastructure for Talent Operations and North American Talent teams.

The role focuses on post go-live stabilization of our HCM tool, portfolio visibility, governance, and scalable ways of working. The position leads training, communications, and enablement, with time spent standardizing processes, dashboards, and documentation while driving continuous improvement across Talent

Qualifications

• Extensive experience managing cross-functional projects, portfolios, or operational initiatives.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
• Strong PM skills, including workback planning, milestone tracking, risk/issue management, launch readiness, and leadership reporting.
• Experience building or governing a project management platform used by multiple teams.
• Ability to translate complex work into operating rhythms, dashboards, documentation structures, and decision-ready updates.
• Experience creating process documentation, job aids, templates, and enablement materials.
• Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder management, with influence without direct authority.
• Experience with HCM systems, HR data processes, employee lifecycle workflows or Talent Operations processes preferred.
• Experience working in a global subsidiary and/or highly matrixed, fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a simplified portfolio view of major Talent initiatives across North America, including status, milestones, risks, decisions, dependencies, and key communication or adoption impacts.
• Prepare portfolio snapshots and leadership updates to inform progress, risks, priorities, and decisions.
• Establish lightweight project frameworks, templates, and scalable ways of working.
• Support goal setting, stakeholder mapping, communication planning, and risk tracking for project owners.
• Own internal communications and enablement materials on Talent processes and initiatives.
• Define and maintain Talent documentation standards, job aids, FAQs, and operating guides.
• Lead post go-live stabilization routines for HR systems and ensure governance and data accuracy.
