Job summary

Red Bull North America, Inc. is seeking a senior leader to manage the Player roster, overseeing recruitment, partnerships, and high-impact activations.

You will work with Gaming Player Marketing to shape talent strategy and drive opportunities across the organization. You will negotiate deals, onboard talent, and maintain strong relationships with Players and their teams while aligning with Red Bull’s brand and marketing objectives.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in gaming, esports, talent, or entertainment marketing.
• Strong understanding and industry relationships across the gaming/esports ecosystem.
• Proven ability to develop and lead talent and partnership strategies.
• Strong strategic and project management skills.
• Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead identification, evaluation, and recruitment of Players across professional gaming, esports organizations, and content creation.
• Negotiate agreements covering performance expectations, content commitments, compensation, branding rights, and schedules.
• Onboard new gaming athletes, providing brand, product, and communications training, and setting performance goals.
• Own day-to-day communication and relationship management with Players and teams.
• Monitor health and performance of the Player roster and provide guidance for improvement.
• Drive ideation of innovative Player project ideas and partnerships.
• Stay informed on global/local gaming trends to shape marketing strategies.
• Lead strategic development and execution of high-impact Player gaming projects and events.
• Own end-to-end project management for key Player initiatives, timelines, budgets, and resourcing.
