Job summary

Red Bull Distribution Company, Inc. seeks a Specialist, TBP Talent to provide administrative and operational support to the Vice President, Talent Business Partners. You will coordinate projects that enhance team effectiveness and employee experience.

You’ll manage TBP programs, run meetings, track metrics, and assist in reports, talent processes, and communications across the TBP team. A collaborative, proactive mindset is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of administrative experience, preferably in FMCG/fast-paced environment.
• 2+ years of experience in Human Resources preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field OR equivalent experience.
• Strong organizational and time management skills with multi-tasking ability.
• Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy; confidentiality essential.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with HR systems (SAP SuccessFactors preferred).

Responsibilities

• Provide TBP program management and coordinate TBP projects and timelines.
• Develop reports, scorecards, trackers, and tools to assess Talent metrics.
• Coordinate TBP meetings, summaries, and follow-up actions.
• Support administration: calendar management, travel details, and expense reports.
• Coordinate employee communications and internal platforms (The Hub, Beekeeper).
• Ensure compliance and data accuracy; stay updated on labor laws.
• Collaborate with dispersed teams and drive process improvements.
