Job summary

You will lead policy maintenance, training, and audits while coordinating immigration filings and strategies with internal and external stakeholders. The role sits on the North America HQ Talent team in Santa Monica, CA, requiring onsite presence.

Qualifications

• 5+ years Human Resources experience with 1+ years immigration experience a plus.
• Strong knowledge of local, state and U.S. federal laws governing recruiting, immigration, and employment.
• Excellent planning, organizational, communication, and analytical skills.
• Proven project management and attention to detail.
