Job summary

Hiya Inc. is seeking a Talent Operations Specialist to lead Global University Recruiting programs, end-to-end scheduling, recruiting operations, and special projects. This role emphasizes operational backbone and ownership over processes, with collaboration across the organization.

The ideal candidate has 4+ years in recruiting operations, hands-on Ashby experience, and a strong track record in coordinating complex interviews and campus programs. Travel may be required occasionally.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in recruiting operations, recruiting coordination, or talent program management.
• Hands-on Ashby expertise, including building and scaling ATS workflows, templates, and configurations.
• Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder interview scheduling and logistics.
• Experience planning and executing university or campus recruiting programs and events.
• Comfort using recruiting data and analytics to identify trends and drive process improvements.
• Strong project management skills with end-to-end ownership.
• Advanced proficiency using AI tools to improve recruiting workflows.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end planning, relationship management and execution of Global University Recruiting program.
• Coordinate scheduling for open roles and recruiting projects across the business.
• Manage Ashby workflows, templates, data integrity, and reporting.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience with clear communication.
• Partner with hiring managers and recruiters to align on process and logistics.
• Leverage metrics and AI-assisted analytics to track performance and identify bottlenecks.
• Lead special recruiting projects and process improvements.
