Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required.
• Minimum of 8 years’ relevant HR experience.
• Project and/or program management experience.
• Supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team and oversee systems, programs, processes, and partnerships supporting recruiters, hiring managers, and candidates.
• Modernize talent acquisition operations and optimize technology and workflows.
• Ensure compliance with laws and OFCCP regulations.
• Provide coaching, feedback, and development to strengthen strategic thinking and effectiveness.
• Oversee TA systems, analytics, and vendor relationships.
