Hiya in Seattle seeks a Talent Operations Specialist to own Global University Recruiting programs, end-to-end interview scheduling, and recruiting operations. This role emphasizes Ashby expertise and scalable processes, with cross-functional collaboration across the org.

You will drive candidate experience, stakeholder alignment, and data-informed improvements, including AI-enabled scheduling tools, while contributing to special projects and employer branding efforts.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in recruiting operations, recruiting coordination, or talent program management.
• Hands-on Ashby expertise, including building and scaling ATS workflows and configurations.
• Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder interview scheduling and logistics across time zones.
• Experience planning and executing university or campus recruiting programs with travel willingness.
• Comfort using recruiting data and analytics to identify trends and drive improvements.
• Strong project management skills with ownership from scope to completion.
• Advanced proficiency using AI tools to improve recruiting workflows.

Responsibilities

• Global University Recruiting Program Management: plan, manage relationships, and execute recruiting events; some travel may be required.
• Scheduling & Interview Coordination for open roles and recruiting projects across the business.
• Ashby (ATS) Ownership: manage workflows, templates, data integrity, and reporting; explore AI-powered tools to streamline scheduling and sourcing.
• Candidate Experience Management: ensure a positive, engaging experience with timely feedback.
• Stakeholder Management: work with hiring managers and recruiters to align on process and timelines.
• Data-Driven Insights: use recruiting metrics and AI analytics to track performance and suggest improvements.
• Special Projects: lead recruiting-related projects like employer branding and process improvements.
