DuraServ is seeking a Talent Management Specialist to own the full talent lifecycle at our Coppell, TX headquarters. This on-site role drives onboarding, performance management, and succession planning, partnering with HR and business leaders to build scalable learning programs.

You will implement skills-based frameworks, leverage AI and digital tools, and coordinate live learning events while ensuring data confidentiality and alignment with brand standards.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience in talent management disciplines—training, development, or leadership development.
• Demonstrated expertise in program evaluation methods, including learning impact, engagement, and performance improvement.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications and learning technology solutions, including digital learning and facilitation tools.
• High School diploma or equivalent required.

Responsabilidades

• Own the full talent lifecycle from onboarding to performance management and succession planning.
• Lead onboarding and orientation programs for new hires.
• Manage annual performance cycle including goal setting, check-ins, and evaluations.
• Lead top talent planning and succession activities with HR and business leaders.
• Design and deliver scalable learning solutions based on ATD standards and adult learning principles.
• Help implement a skills-based talent framework as part of AI adoption strategy.
• Coordinate live learning events, in-person and virtual, to advance role-based development.
