Job summary

Anduril Industries in the United States is seeking a Talent Operations Coordinator to help scale the Talent Acquisition team. You will support data integrity and day-to-day system upkeep across our TA tech stack, including Greenhouse and ChartHop, serving as first line support for TA stakeholders.

This role sits at the heart of a fast-growing recruiting operation, offering hands-on exposure to TA tools, workflows, and processes.

Qualifications

• 1+ years in fast-paced Talent Acquisition, HR, or Operations
• Experience using an ATS (Greenhouse preferred) or similar HR systems
• Customer-service mindset with stakeholders
• Detail-oriented with headcount data accuracy
• Strong, proactive communication across teams
• Organized and able to juggle multiple requests
• Eager to learn in a fast-changing environment
• Self-sufficient yet knows when to escalate

Responsibilities

• Support data cleanliness across the TA tech stack (Greenhouse, ChartHop)
• Flag data discrepancies and coordinate fixes with stakeholders
• Maintain documentation on data entry standards
• Serve as first point of contact for TA questions on Greenhouse, ChartHop, ContactOut, TextExpander and LinkedIn Recruiter
• Troubleshoot issues and escalate complex cases to senior TA Ops
• Handle TA ticketing/Slack requests and triage inbound queries
• Manage user access and basic account administration across TA tools
• Own recurring workflows across systems (backfills, integrations, maintenance)
• Contribute to additional projects and tool exploration as needed
