Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking a Talent Operations Coordinator to support the TA team as it scales. You will help maintain data integrity across our TA tech stack (Greenhouse, ChartHop, LinkedIn Recruiter, ContactOut, TextExpander) and act as a first-line support for stakeholders.

In this role, you’ll troubleshoot issues, manage access, and own recurring workflows like backfills and data maintenance, while collaborating with a fast-moving recruiting team to drive smooth day-to-day operations.

Qualifications

• 1+ year experience in a fast-paced Talent Acquisition, HR, or Operations function.
• Experience using an ATS (Greenhouse preferred) or similar HR/recruiting systems.
• Customer-service mentality: enjoys working with stakeholders to solve problems and answer questions.
• Detail-oriented: strong attention to accuracy and consistency, especially with recruiting and headcount data.
• Communicative: clear, proactive communication with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Organized and action-oriented: able to juggle multiple requests and follow through on the details.
• Eager to learn: comfortable in an undefined, fast-changing environment, and motivated to grow within Talent Operations.
• Self-sufficient problem-solver who also knows when to ask for help or elevate

Responsibilities

• Audit Greenhouse and ChartHop data for accuracy.
• Flag data discrepancies and coordinate corrections with stakeholders.
• Maintain data entry standards and process documentation.
• Serve as first point of contact for TA tools questions (Greenhouse, ChartHop, ContactOut, TextExpander, LinkedIn Recruiter).
• Troubleshoot issues and escalate complex/technical problems to senior TA Ops.
• Triaging and responding to requests via TA ticketing system/Slack.
• Manage user access and basic account administration across TA tools.
• Own recurring workflows (backfills, integration errors, data maintenance).
• Support additional projects and tool exploration as needed.
