Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in fast-paced Talent Acquisition, HR, or Operations.
• Experience using an ATS (Greenhouse preferred) or similar HR/recruiting systems.
• Customer-service mentality and stakeholder-focused problem solving.
• Detail-oriented with accuracy in recruiting and headcount data.
• Clear, proactive communication with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Organized, able to juggle multiple requests and follow through on details.
• Eager to learn and grow within Talent Operations.
• Self-sufficient problem-solver who knows when to escalate.

Responsibilities

• Support data cleanliness across the TA tech stack (Greenhouse, ChartHop).
• Audit TA data and flag discrepancies with stakeholders for correction.
• Maintain documentation on data entry standards and processes.
• Serve as first point of contact for TA team questions on TA tools.
• Troubleshoot issues and escalate complex problems to senior TA Ops team members.
• Triage requests via TA ticketing system/Slack channels.
• Manage user access and basic account administration across TA tools.
• Own regular workflows across systems and recurring data/system maintenance tasks.
• Contribute to additional projects and tool exploration as needed.
