Anduril Industries is seeking a Talent Operations Coordinator to support the TA team as it scales. You will help maintain data integrity across Greenhouse, ChartHop, and other tools, acting as a first line of support for TA stakeholders and ensuring accurate headcount reporting.

This role sits in a fast-moving environment where attention to detail and proactive communication are key. You will handle access management, backfills, system fixes, and process documentation while learning the TA tech

Qualifications

• 1+ years in fast-paced Talent Acquisition, HR, or Operations.
• Experience with ATS like Greenhouse or similar systems.
• Customer-service mindset with strong data accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Ensure data cleanliness across TA tech stack and conduct audits.
• Act as first point of contact for Greenhouse, ChartHop, and related tools.
• Triage requests via ticketing systems and Slack; escalate when needed.
• Manage user access and basic admin across TA tools.
• Own workflows like backfills and data maintenance.
