Anduril Industries is seeking a Talent Acquisition Operations Coordinator to support the TA team as it scales. You will help maintain data integrity across our recruiting tech stack (Greenhouse, ChartHop, and related tools), serve as a first point of contact for TA stakeholders, and keep processes running smoothly.

This role emphasizes detail orientation, customer service, and the ability to manage multiple data tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in a fast-paced Talent Acquisition, HR, or Operations function (Recruiting Coordinator experience a plus).
• Experience using an ATS (Greenhouse preferred) or similar HR/recruiting systems.
• Customer-service mentality: enjoys working with stakeholders to solve problems and answer questions.
• Detail-oriented: strong attention to accuracy and consistency, especially with recruiting and headcount data.
• Communicative: clear, proactive communication with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Organized and action-oriented: able to juggle multiple requests and follow through on the details.
• Eager to learn: comfortable in an undefined, fast-changing environment, and motivated to grow within Talent Operations.
• Self-sufficient problem-solver who also knows when to ask for help or escalation.

Responsibilities

• Support data cleanliness across the TA tech stack.
• Assist with regular audits of Greenhouse and ChartHop data.
• Flag data discrepancies and partner with stakeholders to get them corrected.
• Help maintain documentation on data entry standards and processes.
• Answer questions and support stakeholders: Serve as a first point of contact for TA team questions on Greenhouse, ChartHop, ContactOut, TextExpander, and LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Troubleshoot common issues, escalating more complex or technical issues to senior TA Ops team members.
• Help field and triage requests coming through the TA ticketing system / Slack channels.
• Support systems operations: Help manage user access and basic account administration across TA tools.
• Own regular workflows across systems, such as processing backfills, resolving system integration errors, and other recurring data/system maintenance tasks.
• Additional projects, documentation, and tool exploration as needed – there's always something new to learn!
