Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking a Talent Acquisition Operations Coordinator to support data integrity and day-to-day system upkeep across the TA tech stack, including Greenhouse and ChartHop. You will be a key contact for TA stakeholders and help ensure accurate, accessible data across hiring programs.

You will gain hands-on exposure to a wide range of TA tools, learn fast, and grow within Talent Operations while contributing to a rapidly scaling recruiting function.

Qualifications

• Experience in a fast-paced Talent Acquisition, HR, or Operations role (Recruiting Coordinator experience a plus).
• Experience using ATS (Greenhouse preferred) or similar HR/recruiting systems.
• Customer-service mentality: enjoys solving problems and answering questions for stakeholders.
• Detail-oriented: strong accuracy and consistency with recruiting and headcount data.
• Clear, proactive communication with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Organized and action-oriented: able to juggle multiple requests and follow through on details.

Responsibilities

• Support data cleanliness across the TA tech stack.
• Assist with regular audits of Greenhouse and ChartHop data.
• Flag data discrepancies and partner with stakeholders to correct them.
• Help maintain documentation on data entry standards and processes.
• Answer questions and support stakeholders as first point of contact on TA tools.
• Troubleshoot common issues and escalate complex problems to senior TA Ops.
• Help triage requests via TA ticketing system/Slack.
• Assist with user access and basic account administration across TA tools.
• Own regular workflows across systems, including backfills, integration errors, and maintenance tasks.
• Take on additional projects and learn new TA tools as needed.
