Job summary

eTeam is seeking a Talent Operations Specialist to drive operational excellence across our contingent workforce and onboarding compliance workflows. You will serve as the subject matter expert and primary contact for stakeholders, vendors, and hiring managers to ensure a seamless onboarding experience.

The role covers background checks, I-9/E-Verify processes, and collaboration with the broader Talent pod to provide coverage during peak hiring seasons.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of progressive administrative or operational experience within an HR/Talent Function.
• Hands-on experience with HRIS and VMS platforms; familiarity with Workday, ServiceNow, Jira, or Smartsheet preferred.
• Proven experience managing background check platforms, Form I-9 verification, and handling highly sensitive data.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills; ability to partner with vendors and leadership.
• Proactive, self-starter who thrives with minimal guidance in a fast-paced environment.
• Google Workspace proficiency.
• Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent practical experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end contingent workforce lifecycle, including onboarding, tracking, and offboarding of temporary workers.
• Maintain accurate contractor records within the HRIS/VMS with data integrity.
• Collaborate with staffing agencies to ensure timely placements and document compliance.
• Serve as the main contact for managers on contingent talent and IT access.
• Generate monthly/quarterly metrics on utilization, cost, and contract tenure.
