Job summary

CrossCountry Consulting is seeking a Talent Acquisition Operations professional in McLean, VA to lead team initiatives, administor Lever and LinkedIn Recruiter, and drive analytics across the recruiting function. You will enhance processes, implement AI-enhanced workflows, and support an internship program with end-to-end execution.

The role requires 4+ years in recruitment operations, strong Excel skills, and the ability to work onsite at the McLean office.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of relevant experience in recruitment operations or related fields.
• Experience with recruiting systems, HRIS, reporting tools, or ATS.
• Ability to be on-site at McLean, VA 3 days/week.
• Strong data analysis and reporting capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Partner with VP of Talent to manage teamwide initiatives and deliverables.
• Administer Lever and LinkedIn Recruiter; maintain Smartsheet workspaces and reports.
• Develop recruiting dashboards, recurring reports, and ad hoc analyses.
• Own the recruiting operations of a bespoke internship program, including coordination and evaluation.
• Lead the adoption and use of AI tools across Talent Acquisition.
• Document workflows and implement scalable process improvements.
• Provide scheduling support for complex or high-priority searches.
