CrossCountry Consulting LLC is seeking a Senior Marketing Operations Coordinator to join our growing team in McLean, VA. You will manage core marketing platforms, oversee automation workflows, and ensure accurate data reporting to drive strategic decisions.

The role requires 3-5 years in marketing operations, strong project management, and hands-on experience with marketing systems like HubSpot. Collaboration with Revenue Operations and use of AI tools for reporting are key aspects.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in marketing operations in a B2B environment preferred.
• Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms (HubSpot preferred).
• Advanced proficiency in AI and data analysis to drive marketing decisions.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Own core marketing platforms, including HubSpot and the data/reporting solution; serve as vendor contact.
• Manage marketing automation workflows, templates, lead scoring and best practices guidance.
• Update dashboards and validate data with the data/reporting solution; coordinate with vendor.
• Be the primary contact for marketing requests via internal ticketing; route as needed.
• Collaborate with Revenue Operations to manage attribution between HubSpot and Salesforce; assist users.
