Clark Construction Group is seeking a Recruiting Operations Manager in McLean, VA to lead the end-to-end recruiting lifecycle for professional and campus programs. You will manage a team of HR Coordinators, drive operational rigor, and optimize systems with a focus on candidate, recruiter, and hiring manager experience.

The role requires hands-on leadership, strong process discipline, and collaboration with HRIT for Workday, Handshake, and ServiceNow integrations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in recruiting operations, HR, or talent acquisition operations.
• Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) or equivalent work experience.
• Proven experience directly leading, mentoring, and managing a team of HR or recruiting coordinators.
• Strong background managing end-to-end recruitment operations, high-volume campus recruiting logistics, intern programming, and event branding/promotional assets.
• Hands-on experience with ATS and HR tools; Workday Recruiting, Handshake, ServiceNow, or recruiting CRMs preferred.
• Experience managing background check and drug screening vendor relationships, policies, and compliance.
• Demonstrated capability in tracking/reporting recruiting metrics via dashboards and managing program budgets, cost-per-hire metrics, and expense allocations.
• Ability to work 100% onsite in McLean, VA, with occasional early morning starts on interview days.

Responsabilités

• Lead, mentor, and empower a team of HR Coordinators supporting day-to-day recruiting, scheduling, and onboarding operations.
• Manage capacity, task allocation, and daily workflow across campus and professional recruiting tracks.
• Provide regular feedback, training, and ongoing professional development to build capability across the coordinator team.
• Oversee campus recruiting events and initiatives, interview day processes, and onboarding activities.
• Own end-to-end recruitment process improvements, including manuals for campus and professional recruiters.
• Ensure a consistent, high-quality candidate experience across interview days and campus events.
• Partner with HRIT to optimize recruiting tools (Workday, Handshake, ServiceNow) and implement new CRM systems.
• Lead onboarding coordination for finalizing paperwork, IT and work equipment, and candidate communications.
