Job summary

Red Bull Media House is seeking a Partnerships Operations professional to support the Business Development Team from an operations level. This role focuses on managing contracts, forms, budgets, invoicing, and revenue recognition while coordinating with Legal and Finance.

You will ensure data integrity, drive the contracting process, and support partner opportunities across local and global efforts. A Bachelor’s degree is preferred and you will work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Advertising/Media sales operations.
• Strong proficiency in MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word) and calendar management.
• Detail oriented with strong written and verbal communication.
• Ability to work autonomously in ambiguity and solve problems.
• Able to manage multiple projects and tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Own the accuracy and timely entry of partnership, contract, and financial data.
• Manage internal contracting process from deal terms to agreement execution.
• Draft and manage Contract Request Forms, deal term sheets, budgets/P&Ls, and approvals.
• Review terms for accuracy, feasibility, and alignment with standards.
• Partner with Business Development to translate proposals into contractual terms.
• Coordinate with Legal, Finance, Marketing, and regional teams on approvals.
• Manage local, regional, and global contracting requirements for partnerships.
• Lead training on new Legal and Finance processes and tools.
• Maintain organized partner documentation including legal agreements and financial records.
