Red Bull Distribution Company, Inc. seeks a Specialist, TBP Talent to provide administrative and operational support to the Vice President, Talent Business Partners. You will coordinate projects that enhance team effectiveness and employee experience.
You’ll manage TBP programs, run meetings, track metrics, and assist in reports, talent processes, and communications across the TBP team. A collaborative, proactive mindset is essential.
The Specialist, RBDC Talent provides administrative and operational support to the Vice President, Talent Business Partners for Red Bull Distribution Company (RBDC). In this role, you will partner closely with the VP to coordinate projects and initiatives that enhance team effectiveness, improve processes, and support a positive employee experience. This position helps ensure the smooth delivery of Talent programs, supports the day-to-day operations of the RBDC Talent Business Partner team, and contributes to initiatives that drive employee engagement, development, and long-term success across the organization.
Identify department needs and opportunities through analysis and partnership and propose plans to solve.
Suggest and manage projects that enable TBP efficiencies and drive the Talent agenda forward.
Provide change management support with both large and small organizational changes, including creating timelines, communication plans, and employee movement documents.
Act as the central point of contact for Talent Centers of Excellence (COE) rollouts, feedback, and after-action reviews.
Coordinate regular TBP meeting logistics, topics, notes and follow up on action items.
Provide thorough analyses of Talent and business objectives, identifying both drivers & distractors, contributing to their success.
Develop reports, scorecards, trackers, tools, and reports that assist the VP in assessing Talent-related performance metrics for RBDC.
Act as primary project manager for RBDC TBP projects and initiatives.
Provide regular summaries on project statuses, timelines, deliverables, and resource needs.
Act as key resource to TBPs in workforce planning cycles including headcount file organization and platform (Anaplan) support.
Partner with TBP team on Talent processes including communication and implementation plans.
Support broader Talent projects by performing assigned tasks and contributing to project execution.
Identify opportunities to improve Talent processes and recommend enhancements to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
Collaborate with team members to share best practices and drive continuous improvement.
Act as an extension of the VP, ensuring Talent priorities are reflected in time management, project prioritization and through various communication opportunities.
Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and materials for Talent meetings and initiatives.
Keep and maintain VP’s calendar, identifying and prioritizing routine as well as proactive time management.
Manage and process travel details and expense reports.
Prepare and/or cascade RBDC employee Talent communications.
Act as primary Talent contact for RBDC internal employee communications platforms (The Hub, Beekeeper). Organize quarterly employee benefits spotlights.
Support audits and compliance checks by providing necessary documentation and information.
Stay updated on labor laws and HR compliance requirements to ensure adherence in all activities.
This position is open to U.S. citizens, U.S. permanent residents, or individuals who are currently authorized to work in the United States on a valid visa.
The base salary range for this position is $68,000 - $102,000 + cash incentives. Actual salary offers may vary based on work experience. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified.
