RTX Corporation is seeking an Associate Director, Talent Operations to lead the service delivery of core talent programs across the employee lifecycle. You will manage a ~40-person team, partner with Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, and HR partners to ensure compliant, scalable service delivery.

The role emphasizes driving continuous improvement, automation, and excellence in employee experience within a hybrid Farmington, CT setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 12+ years of HR or talent operations experience.
• Experience leading talent-related programs and operations in a large, matrixed organization.
• Experience with talent processes, systems, and tools (ServiceNow, Workday).
• PHR/SHRM-CP or Six Sigma certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the execution of talent programs and processes across the employee lifecycle.
• Provide leadership to a multi-level team of ~40 employees.
• Manage onboarding operations and internal transfers for a scalable service experience.
• Partner with Talent Acquisition to optimize pre-hire checks and offer administration.
• Collaborate with Learning & Development to deliver training and compliance programs.
• Use metrics and dashboards to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Identify automation and centralization opportunities to boost efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and data privacy standards.
• Coach and develop talent operations professionals.
