Job summary

RTX is seeking a Workforce Strategy Lead to develop and execute talent strategies for the Digital Program Office. You’ll partner with HR, talent acquisition and leaders to align workforce planning, career development and early career programs, including DLDP, to grow critical capabilities.

You will build analytics, manage intern programs, and create development opportunities while ensuring readiness for current and future needs across Digital Technology.

Qualifications

University degree plus extensive experience in workforce planning and development.
Experience designing leadership and employee engagement programs.
Background linking workforce plans to digital technology strategies.

Responsibilities

Build supply-and-demand analyses for critical skills and learning opportunities.
Govern a digital skills taxonomy for planning, learning and mobility.
Design a structured intern experience and lead leadership development roadmap.
Drive talent reviews and succession planning for critical roles.
Partner with business leaders on strategies for emerging technologies and workforce needs.
Establish metrics to monitor workforce trends and pipeline health.
