RTX Corporation in the United States is seeking an Associate Director to lead Talent Strategy, CORE, and Communications within Finance. You will design a comprehensive strategy to grow capability, career mobility, and workforce readiness across onboarding to senior development, partnering with senior Finance leaders and RTX Corporate.

The role oversees a team delivering learning programs, career paths, and change management, with a focus on talent pipeline and implementation of core operating

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree and 12+ years of experience, or an Advanced Degree with 10+ years.
• Leadership and project management experience.
• Experience with Microsoft Office.

Aufgaben

• Lead a team of 7-8 employees with mentorship and performance management.
• Serve as CORE Business Partner enabling compliant adoption of CORE OS.
• Lead annual goal alignment with Finance Leadership Team and subdomains.
• Define and execute data-driven hiring strategy aligning capabilities with priorities.
• Lead Finance talent development programs and onboarding initiatives.
• Drive Finance communications and change management across the organization.
• Design and execute the end-to-end Finance Learning Strategy with stakeholders.
• Collaborate with SBU/FP&A Leaders and internal Business Process partners.
• Mentor and develop talent; occasional travel for in-person engagements.
