Job summary

RTX Corporation is seeking an Associate Director to lead an integrated Talent Strategy & Development, CORE, and Communications organization within Finance. You will design and execute a comprehensive Finance talent strategy to accelerate capability growth and enable career mobility across onboarding to senior development.

The role partners with Finance senior leaders and RTX Corporate to strengthen the talent pipeline, deliver training, and ensure clear communication across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's and 12+ years of relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree with 10+ years leadership and project management experience.
• Experience with Microsoft Office and business tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of 7-8 employees with mentorship, guidance, and performance management.
• Partner with Finance leadership and RTX Corporate to define and execute a data-driven hiring strategy.
• Lead annual goal alignment with Finance Leadership Team and subdomains.
• Oversee finance learning programs: onboarding, development, and engagement initiatives.
• Drive finance communications and change management via Finance Hub and weekly newsletter.
• Travel occasionally to support in-person engagements and programs.
