Job summary

RTX is seeking an experienced Workforce Strategy Lead to support the Digital Program Office. Reporting to the Director of Digital Operations and Governance, you will develop talent strategies, strengthen workforce planning, and support intern programs and the Digital Leadership Development Program (DLDP).

You will partner with HR, TA, and business stakeholders to align workforce planning with strategic priorities, drive career development, and improve readiness across the Digital Organization.

Qualifications

• Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 12 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 10 years of prior relevant experience.
• 8 years years of experience in organizational effectiveness, workforce planning, and talent development, with 5 years leading teams.
• Experience building strategic workforce plans tied to digital technology.
• Experience designing or leading leadership development or employee engagement programs.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain a workforce strategy that aligns with business goals.
• Develop and govern a digital skills taxonomy with HR.
• Design intern experiences and manage leadership development programs.
• Lead strategic roadmaps for development programs and rotations.
• Establish cadence for talent reviews and succession planning.
• Partner with leaders to anticipate future workforce needs and tech trends.
• Define metrics to monitor workforce trends and pipeline health.
