Job summary

RTX's Raytheon Digital Technology unit seeks an experienced Workforce Strategy Lead to develop and execute talent strategies, align workforce planning, and support the Digital Organization's growth.

Reporting to the Director of Digital Operations, you will partner with HR, talent acquisition, and business leaders to build capabilities, advance internal programs like the DLDP, and ensure readiness for critical roles.

Qualifications

• University degree and 12+ years relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree with 10+ years.
• 8+ years in organizational effectiveness, workforce planning, and talent development; 5+ years leading teams.
• Experience building strategic workforce plans tied to digital technology.
• Experience designing or leading leadership development or employee engagement programs.

Responsibilities

• Build supply-and-demand gap analyses for critical skills (AI/ML, data, cloud) and learning opportunities.
• Establish a digital skills taxonomy with HR for planning, hiring, learning, and mobility to strengthen workforce resiliency.
• Design an intern experience with meaningful work, mentorship, and leadership briefings for leadership.
• Lead a strategic roadmap for the Raytheon Digital Leadership Development Program (DLDP) ensuring rotations, visibility and development.
• Benchmark and develop cadence for talent reviews and succession plans for all critical roles.
• Partner with leaders to understand strategic priorities and future workforce requirements.
• Establish metrics to monitor workforce trends and talent pipeline health.
