Job summary

Caring for Family of Companies is seeking a Talent Operations Partner in Oregon to turn talent strategy into working processes. You will own onboarding, orientation, and admin hiring end-to-end, coordinating logistics, timelines, and resources.

You will also maintain compliance and drive continuous improvement across Talent tools and workflows. You will build role-specific frameworks, craft interview guides, and ensure a consistent first-day experience while partnering with leaders and hiring

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field or equivalent experience.
• Experience in HR, Talent, or People Operations with hands-on training/onboarding/orientation programs.
• Strong facilitation and presentation skills for all levels of staff.
• Excellent project management and organizational skills; can handle multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Translate strategic direction into scoped project plans with timelines and success measures.
• Own end-to-end program delivery for administrative and executive hiring, including sourcing, interviewing, scheduling, offers, and onboarding.
• Facilitate new hire orientation with logistics, presenters, and materials for a consistent onboarding experience.
• Develop role-specific frameworks (interview guides, orientation tracks) for rollout-ready use.
• Maintain compliance oversight across training and onboarding with policy and regulations; document corrective actions.
• Lead change management for Talent tools, processes, and resources with leadership groups.
• Compile KPI reports (time-to-fill, time-to-hire, offer acceptance, source-of-hire, onboarding, 90-day retention).
• Write job descriptions, manage postings, track budgeted sponsorship spend.
• Build local/industry talent networks through job fairs and associations.
