Job summary

Tegus is hiring a Senior Talent Operations Program Manager to own the systems, processes, and data powering our hiring. This hands-on role designs how we hire, ensures full leverage of our tech stack, safeguards data integrity, and turns recruiting data into decisions.

You will own cross-functional partnerships, build dashboards on funnel metrics, and drive end-to-end workflow improvements across regions and functions. Expect competitive base pay and equity as part of a generous package.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in Recruiting/Talent Operations or People Systems, ideally in a high-growth, global or distributed environment.
• Hands-on administration of an ATS (Greenhouse strongly preferred) plus at least one CRM, interview-intelligence, or scheduling/candidate-experience platform, with configurations and integrations.
• Strong data fluency—pull, interpret, and visualize recruiting data and translate it into pragmatic recommendations; advanced spreadsheet skills and BI/reporting experience.
• Strong program and project management skills—scope, prioritize, and run cross-functional initiatives to measurable outcomes with a roadmap.
• Proven track record leading process improvements and tool rollouts with measurable gains in efficiency or experience.
• Fluency with automation and AI-enabled tools, bias toward using tech to reduce manual work.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills; able to influence and present data clearly to leadership.
• Systems thinking, ownership, and a service mindset; able to prioritize across competing projects and build trust with recruiters and hiring managers.

Responsibilities

• Own the systems, processes, and data powering hiring; design how we hire and ensure our tech stack is leveraged; safeguard data integrity.
• Build and maintain dashboards and reporting on core funnel and efficiency metrics; develop analytics informing hiring strategy.
• Map, standardize, and improve recruiting workflows end-to-end—intake, sourcing, interview loops, offers, closeout.
• Establish operating rhythms, SLAs, and clear ownership for a predictable, high-quality experience for managers, recruiters, and candidates.
• Partner with TA leadership and Finance for capacity modeling, headcount reconciliation with clean data and reporting.
• Collaborate with People Systems, IT, and Legal on integrations, security, and process design.
