• You've built your career in recruiting or HR and know how a talent function runs from the inside.
• You've run change management or organizational transformation work and brought the people affected along with it.
• You've worked hands-on with contingent workforce programs, from engagement strategy through compliance.
• Detail and organization are habits, not afterthoughts: nothing slips through in a program you run.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain project documentation, including workflows, use cases, and SOPs.
• Lead the implementation of new tools and processes, including UAT and training material development.
• Track and manage project milestones, surfacing risks early and keeping stakeholders updated on status.
• Execute change management by building comprehensive user communications, training materials, and adoption tracking mechanisms.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to define requirements, prioritize feedback, and drive consensus on solutions.
