Qualifications

• 4+ years in contingent/extended workforce, procurement operations, or HR operations
• Hands-on experience with a VMS or similar contractor-management tooling
• Knowledge of worker classification and compliance in contractor programs
• Experience partnering with Legal, Finance, IT, and stakeholders to resolve workforce issues
• Strong operational mindset; builds solutions rather than waiting for vendors

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day management of Fluidstack's contractor and extended workforce program from intake through offboarding
• Manage vendor and staffing supplier relationships and hold partners accountable for service quality
• Maintain compliant processes for worker classification, onboarding, access, and data protection
• Advise hiring managers on workforce solutions considering cost, speed, compliance and risk
• Improve systems and workflows behind the program, including vendor management tooling and reporting
• Collaborate with Legal, Finance, and IT to resolve escalations and keep controls current as the program scales
