Fluidstack in San Francisco is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition leader to own hiring for its data center operations and infrastructure teams. You will build and scale a high-performance TA function, partner with senior managers on headcount forecasts, and drive recruitment strategy end-to-end.

You will mentor a team of TA professionals, design processes for speed and quality, and own metrics like time-to-hire and source quality, with equity opportunities included in compensation.

• Experience building and running hiring for data center operations or infrastructure in a hyper-growth environment.
• Leads a team, owns strategy, and handles hard searches personally.
• Measures pipeline metrics and uses data to drive decisions.

Responsibilities

• Own hiring strategy, execution, and tracking for Fluidstack's Data Center org.
• Lead and scale a talent acquisition function across data center operations, construction, and infrastructure.
• Forecast headcount with senior hiring managers and align hiring strategy to business objectives.
• Build and mentor a TA team with clear direction and accountability.
• Design hiring processes balancing speed with candidate quality; drive recruitment for hard-to-fill data center operations, controls, and infrastructure roles to high offer-acceptance rates.
