Fluidstack, based in Austin, TX, seeks a results-oriented leader to own the day-to-day contractor and extended workforce program. You will manage intake, offboarding, and all vendor relationships while driving compliant processes across classification, onboarding, access, and data protection.

You will partner with Legal, Finance, and IT to scale the program, balancing speed, cost, risk, and regulatory requirements in a fast-growing infrastructure company.

Qualifikationen

• 4+ years of experience in contingent or extended workforce management.
• Hands-on experience with a Vendor Management System (VMS) or similar contractor-management tooling.
• Knowledge of worker classification, co-employment, and the compliance considerations behind contractor programs.
• Experience partnering with Legal, Finance, IT and stakeholders to resolve workforce issues.

Aufgaben

• Own day-to-day management of Fluidstack's contractor and extended workforce program, from intake through offboarding.
• Manage vendor and staffing supplier relationships, holding partners accountable for service quality and responsiveness.
• Build and maintain compliant processes for worker classification, onboarding, access, and data protection.
• Advise hiring managers and stakeholders on workforce solutions, weighing cost, speed, compliance, and risk.
• Improve the systems and workflows behind the program, including vendor management tooling, reporting, and documentation.
• Partner with Legal, Finance, and IT to resolve escalations and keep the program's controls current as it scales.
