Job summary

Fluidstack is seeking a Contingent Workforce Manager to own and optimize its contractor and extended workforce program on site. You will partner with Legal, Finance, IT, and hiring managers to ensure compliant workflows, effective onboarding/offboarding, and high-quality vendor relationships.

The role emphasizes vendor management, worker classification, and data protection, with a focus on scaling the program while maintaining control and risk mitigation.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in contingent workforce, extended workforce, procurement operations, or HR operations.
• Hands-on experience with a Vendor Management System (VMS) or similar contractor-management tooling.
• Working knowledge of worker classification, co-employment, and the compliance considerations behind contractor programs.
• Experience partnering across Legal, Finance, IT, and business stakeholders to resolve workforce issues.

Responsibilities

• Manage the contractor program from workforce intake through onboarding and offboarding.
• Oversee staffing suppliers and vendors, ensuring service quality and responsiveness.
• Build compliant workflows for worker classification, access, data protection, and reporting.
