Job summary

CrossCountry Consulting, headquartered in McLean, Virginia, is seeking a Talent Acquisition Operations professional for a hybrid role. The successful candidate will manage team initiatives, administer recruiting systems, and deliver analytics to drive hiring decisions.

You will own internship program execution, apply AI to recruiting workflows, and lead process improvements across Talent Acquisition while coordinating complex interviews and stakeholder communications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 4+ years in recruitment operations, TA operations, PM, or related field.
• Experience managing cross-functional projects and tracking milestones.
• Experience with recruiting systems, HRIS, reporting tools, ATS a plus.
• Strong data skills: build reports, analyze trends, maintain records.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• On-site at McLean, VA office at least 3 days/week.

Responsibilities

• Partner with VP of Talent to manage team initiatives and deliverables.
• Administer Lever and LinkedIn Recruiter; manage configs, users, data integrity, and workflows.
• Develop recruiting dashboards, reports, and analyses to inform leadership decisions.
• Own internship program recruiting and operations, including onboarding and evaluation.
• Lead AI enablement and adoption of LLMs across Talent Acquisition.
• Document workflows and drive scalable process improvements in TA.
