Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in HR, finance, business or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of HR or related experience.
• Strong organizational planning and project management skills.
• Analytical with a continuous improvement mindset.
• Ability to work independently and across functions and levels.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and stakeholder influence.
• Proficient with Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio and Power BI.
• Experience with HRIS; Workday preferred.
• Hybrid work environment; sponsorship not available.
• Starting pay range for Minnesota: $70,000–$90,000 per year.

Responsibilities

• Lead project management, communications, and consolidated reporting for annual HR programs.
• Develop content and manage execution of PG&A Talent Reviews and learning forums.
• Partner with HR and business leaders to implement talent initiatives.
• Prepare and analyze monthly people metrics for insights.
• Own PG&A HR dashboards and reporting tools for leadership.
• Collaborate with HRIS to improve Workday reporting and data quality.
• Develop ad hoc reporting for talent reviews and organizational planning.
• Serve as cross-functional connector among HR partners, COEs, HRIS, and leaders.
• Manage timelines and deliverables for HR programs and initiatives.
• Improve HR processes to boost consistency, efficiency, and employee experience.
