Job summary

CNA is seeking an experienced Recruiter to partner with managers across business units, translating staffing needs into cost-effective recruitment strategies. You will proactively source candidates through networks, events, and digital channels, building pipelines for current and future roles.

The role requires eight years of professional recruiting experience, particularly in government contracting, and strong ATS and analytics skills. Hybrid work with some travel is expected.

Qualifications

• Must have 8+ years of professional recruiting experience.
• Experience recruiting for government contracting roles is strongly preferred.
• Proficient with online recruitment tools and ATS platforms.
• Strong analytical ability to create reports and metrics.
• Ability to work with multiple stakeholders & meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Partner with managers to translate staffing needs into recruitment plans.
• Proactively source qualified candidates via networks, ads, and events.
• Conduct outreach to targeted groups and build pipelines.
• Screen candidates and coordinate interviews; provide feedback.
• Collaborate on university relations and early talent programs.
• Utilize ATS and tracking tools to document candidate data.
• Report on recruiting metrics and program effectiveness.
• Coordinate logistics for recruiting events and new-hire onboarding.
• Develop strong partnerships with HR Sourcer and Recruitment Marketing.
• Perform special projects and duties as assigned.
