Job summary

Ralph Lauren Corporation seeks a Talent Management Strategy & Operations specialist to support Workday Talent & Performance and Avature ATS, ensuring smooth talent processes and accurate reporting.

You will resolve user issues, maintain trackers, coordinate with owners, and move requests from intake to closure while collaborating across business and technology teams and protecting confidential information.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting performance management, HR technology, or talent acquisition in an enterprise environment.
• Hands-on experience with Workday Talent and Performance or similar platforms, including troubleshooting and reporting.
• Experience supporting an applicant tracking system (ATS) including requisitions and workflows.
• Strong organization, data validation, documentation and follow-through skills.
• Clear written and verbal communication for collaboration across business and technical teams.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 apps (Copilot, Excel, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint).
• Preferred: experience with Workday Talent & Performance or Avature.
• Experience supporting global talent processes or People IT teams.

Responsibilities

• Support Workday talent and performance processes including questions related to goals, eligibility, routing, notifications, and visibility.
• Provide support for Avature ATS including access, requisitions, candidate records, offers, job postings, workflows, and related issues.
• Monitor support channels, categorize requests, coordinate with owners, and maintain clear communication through resolution.
• Support functional testing, document issues and supporting evidence, coordinate retesting, and support production-readiness and post-release checks.
• Run operational reports and maintain trackers, investigate data exceptions, and prepare concise updates on progress, risks, dependencies, and next steps.
• Maintain procedures, job aids, testing records, decision logs, and handoff documentation.
